By accessing and using Korae ("Service"), accessible at https://korae.watermelonbranding.in/, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Browser Software Use License

Korae grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the web application to design, render, map CSV data, and export bulk certificates for personal, organizational, educational, or commercial purposes.

Under this software license, you agree not to:

Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the client bundle for malicious exploitation.
Remove any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notation from original application components.
Use automated bots or scrapers to overload public site endpoints.

3. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Your Content Remains Yours: Any images, logos, CSV datasets, recipient records, background designs, or custom fonts uploaded to Korae remain your exclusive intellectual property. We claim zero ownership over the certificates you generate.

The Korae application interface, branding, source code, logos, and UI graphics are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Credentials & Conduct

You agree not to use Korae to generate fake government credentials, counterfeit university degrees, unauthorized medical certifications, or deceptive identity documents. Abuse of the software for illegal misrepresentation will result in immediate restriction of access.

The materials and services on Korae are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous uptime, accuracy of user-uploaded fonts, or specific performance metrics on low-powered consumer hardware.
